Global Technology offers specialized repair services for Sieb & Meyer drives<\/strong>, carried out in direct collaboration with the manufacturer to ensure maximum reliability and optimal restoration of functionality.<\/p>\n \u2705 Upon receiving the drive at our facility<\/strong>, we perform a thorough technical analysis to identify the existing issues. Repaired drives are covered by a warranty against repair-related defects for up to 1,000 operating hours or a period of 12 months from the delivery date<\/strong>, whichever comes first.<\/p>\n During the warranty period, Global Technology commits to repairing the drive free of charge if, following our technical verification, the malfunction is attributable to the replacement parts installed during the repair.<\/p>\n In such cases:<\/p>\n Global Technology will perform the repair work directly<\/strong> and will cover any associated transport costs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The right to withdraw from the contract cannot be exercised for minor contractual breaches or minor defects.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n If the customer decides to withdraw from the contract, no further claims for compensation can be made.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n The warranty does not cover defects resulting from:<\/strong><\/p>\n normal wear and tear,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n improper use,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n excessive mechanical or electrical stress,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n unauthorized modifications to the product.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n The customer bears the burden of proof in all warranty cases and must allow Global Technology to inspect the item claimed to be defective.<\/p>\n Any claims for evident defects must be submitted within 2 weeks of delivery<\/strong> of the repaired drive.
