When the warranty period begins

The warranty for repairs performed by Global Technology SA begins on the delivery date of the repaired unit and is valid for a maximum of:
✅ 6 months, or
✅ 1,000 operating hours,
whichever condition occurs first.

The warranty covers only the parts and components that were repaired or replaced during the intervention, and does not extend to components that were not serviced.

What the warranty covers

During the warranty period, Global Technology SA will:
✅ Perform free repairs on the repaired component if defects arise due to the intervention performed or the replacement parts used,
✅ Cover any related transport costs,
✅ Ensure quick turnaround times to minimize machine downtime.

Note: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, excessive stress, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. The warranty will be void if the unit is not activated properly or is used improperly.

How to activate your warranty

To correctly activate your warranty:
1️⃣ Complete the warranty activation form below in full.
2️⃣ Submit the form within 5 days of receiving the repaired unit.
3️⃣ Contact Global Technology SA at info@global-technology.ch if you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of submission.
