Spindle repair service

Repair service is available for the most common spindles. The performance of the spindles is directly dependent on the quality of the spare parts used. On receipt of the goods, the customer will be given an estimate of the cost of repairing the defects. The continuation of the service requires the confirmation of the offer by the customer.

IMPORTANT

It is essential that the spindles are installed only by qualified technicians.
Store the spindle in a dry place at a temperature of about 20 degrees Celsius.
If it has been stored for more than a week, do not use it immediately.
Place the spindle in the special housing, connect the air hose and let the air flow circulate for 15 minutes to remove the water condensate from the bearings.
The spindle must rotate freely by hand.

During the warranty period of the spindles, it is compulsory to use only original collets.
Modification of the collets is strictly forbidden and will invalidate the warranty.

 

Spindle warranty:

The repaired spindle is covered by a repair fault guarantee for a maximum of 1000 working hours and in any case for a maximum period of 6 months. During this period, we undertake to repair any spindle which, after technical feedback from us, is found to be defective for reasons attributable to the spare parts we have replaced. In this case, the repair will be carried out by Global Technology, who will bear all transport costs. It is impossible to exercise the right to terminate the contract for minor breaches of the contract, in particular in the case of minor defects and serious defects. If the customer decides to terminate the contract, he will not be able to claim any compensation.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by wear and tear, improper use, excessive stress, modifications to the product or similar. The customer bears the burden of proof in all cases covered by the warranty.
The Customer must allow Global Technology to inspect the item that he considers defective.
Claims by the Customer must be made within 2 weeks of delivery in the case of obvious damage. The obligations to inspect and notify defects in accordance with current legislation remain unaffected.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in the individual contracts, Global Technology does not assume any other guarantees in the sense of the law.
