Servo Drive Repair
A Sieb & Meyer drive repair service is available in conjunction with the drive manufacturer. On receipt of the goods, the customer will be given an estimate of the cost of repair. The continuation of the service requires the confirmation of the offer by the customer.
Drive warranty:
The repaired drive is guaranteed against repair faults for a maximum of 1000 working hours, but not more than 12 months from the date of delivery of the drive. During this period, we undertake to repair any drive which, after technical feedback from us, appears to be defective for reasons attributable to the spare parts we have replaced. In this case, the repair will be carried out by NF Trading, which will bear any transport costs. It is not possible to exercise the right to terminate the contract for minor breaches of the contract, in particular in the case of minor defects and serious defects. If the customer decides to terminate the contract, he will not be able to claim any compensation.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by wear and tear, improper use, excessive stress, modifications to the product or similar. The customer bears the burden of proof in all cases covered by the warranty.
The Customer is obliged to allow Global Technology to inspect the item which he considers to be defective.
Claims by the customer must be made within 2 weeks of delivery in the case of obvious damage. This does not affect the obligation to inspect and give notice of defects in accordance with current legislation.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in the individual contracts, Global Technology does not assume any other guarantees in the sense of the law.
