Warranty Activation
The engine warranty is valid from the date of delivery by Global Technology. The customer must immediately inform Global Technology of the activation of the guarantee, on pain of forfeiture. In addition, the warranty is void if technical feedback shows that the engine components are excessively worn compared to the declared activation date.

Engine Warranty:
The repaired engine will be covered by a repair fault guarantee for a maximum of 1000 hours, but no longer than 6 months. During this period we undertake to repair any engine which, after technical feedback from us, is found to be faulty for any reason other than inexperience on the part of the customer. The repair will be carried out by Global Technology, who will bear all transport costs. The right to cancel the contract cannot be exercised for minor breaches of the contract, in particular for minor defects. If the customer decides to terminate the contract, he will not be able to claim any compensation.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by wear and tear, improper use, excessive stress, modifications to the product or similar. The Customer bears the burden of proof in all cases covered by the warranty.
The Customer must allow Global Technoogy to inspect the item that the Customer believes to be defective.
In the case of obvious damage, the Customer’s claim for repair must be made within 2 weeks of delivery. This does not affect the Customer’s obligation to inspect and notify Global Technoogy of any defects in accordance with current legislation.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in the individual contracts, Global Technology does not assume any other warranties within the meaning of the law.
