What is scoring in PCB production?
Scoring cuts a groove on both sides of the printed circuit board panel, along the lines that separate the individual boards. The material left in the middle holds the panel together during component assembly; after assembly the boards are separated along the groove, which gives each printed circuit board its outline.
Scoring or routing?
Scoring is often an alternative to routing the board outline: the groove runs in straight lines, while routing can follow any contour.

Drive rollers 15 mm or 22 mm thick, brushes for scoring cutters and connecting hoses are also available. Other spare parts are available on request.
