The full range
Non-woven brushes
Resin-bonded non-woven flaps or rolls

HD high-density flap brush
Tightly compressed, resin-bonded non-woven flaps in a radial structure. Strong cleaning and a consistent surface finish: the most versatile brush in the PCB process.
- Deburring through holes after drilling
- Cleaning before dry-film lamination
- Cleaning before solder mask
- Hole-plugging ink removal
- S/S press plate cleaning

HC high-cut brush
Compressed flaps with specially designed abrasive grains and resin. It removes more than a standard brush and is used where stronger cutting is needed.
- Copper nodule removal after plating
- Removal of excess hole-plugging resin
- Oxide layer removal after oxide treatment
- S/S press plate cleaning

Leveling Wheel brush (convolute)
Convolute high-cut brush designed for HDI boards. High removal with a uniform surface finish.
- Removal of excess hole-plugging resin
- Copper nodule removal after plating

FD foam-type brush
Non-woven treated with foamed resin. Long service life and a fine finish; the debris is very small and does not plug the holes. The fine scratch pattern lowers the risk of shorts on high-density boards.
- Cleaning before solder mask
- Deburring through holes after drilling
- Cleaning before dry-film lamination

S/S press plate cleaning brush
During lamination, prepreg resin particles stick to the stainless-steel plates and leave dents on the next panels. This large-format brush cleans the plates and protects lamination quality.
- S/S press plate cleaning
Bristle brushes
Abrasive nylon filaments

RB nylon brush
Combines the advantages of non-woven and bristle brushes: strong cutting without plugging the holes.
- Deburring before plating

Abrasive nylon brush
Nylon filaments loaded with silicon carbide or aluminium oxide, with precision weaving. High abrasive power, resistant to impact, temperature and contamination, long life.
- Deburring through holes after drilling
- Cleaning before dry-film lamination
- Cleaning before solder mask
- S/S press plate cleaning
- Cleaning before gold plating
Abrasive belts
Endless belts

Endless abrasive belt
Selected aluminium-oxide abrasive with a narrow grain distribution. Removal is uniform and avoids the deep scratches typical of ordinary belts.
- Copper nodule removal after plating
- Removal of excess hole-plugging resin
- S/S press plate cleaning
Other abrasive products
Contact finishing, dressing, metallography

Gold-finger finishing flap wheel
Balanced cleaning action and a uniform finish, for preparing edge connectors (gold fingers).
- Gold-finger cleaning before gold plating

Diamond brush dressing plate
Synthetic diamond on a nickel substrate. Compared with traditional coated dressing boards it dresses better and lasts longer. It restores the brush profile quickly and does not clog.
- Dressing and re-profiling of brushes

Metallographic abrasive paper
Abrasive paper for cross-section preparation: effective cutting with a uniform finish.
- Grinding and polishing of metallographic cross-sections
